It's easy to get started with CIMplicity
It's easy for physicians and patients to take advantage of the CIMplicity programs and services. All you need to do is fax in a couple of forms for the patient or your practice to the CIMplicity service center, and CIMplicity takes care of the rest. If you don't already have a CIMplicity Starter Kit, you can call the service center at 1-866-4-CIMZIA (1-866-424-6942) to request one. The Starter Kit contains easy-to-follow instructions for the program. You can also download the forms below.
