The Structure of CIMZIA
TNF-alpha: a key to Crohn's disease
Crohn's disease causes the immune system to produce too much of the TNF-alpha (tumor necrosis factor-alpha) protein.1 This can lead to painful, inconvenient symptoms and damage to the gastrointestinal (GI) tract.2

CIMZIA targets TNF-alpha
CIMZIA is a biologic medicine called a PEGylated anti-TNF. CIMZIA targets TNF-alpha and blocks it from causing inflammation in the GI tract. CIMZIA is the only PEGylated anti-TNF.1
