A molecule called polyethylene glycol (PEG) is added to the Fab', enabling dosing only once every 4 weeks.1,6

Stable dosing
- Stable serum levels were achieved with no dose escalation in clinical trials*2,6
- Q4-week subcutaneous dosing*2
*Initial dose at Weeks 0, 2, and 4, then every 4 weeks as maintenance therapy.
