Paragraph
For people with rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, or non-radiographic axial spondyloarthritis

After you complete your starter dosing phase, there are two maintenance dosing options available to you:

  • One 200-mg injection taken every 2 weeks (14 days) or
  • Two 200-mg injections taken every 4 weeks (28 days)

When administering two injections, be sure to inject both syringes, one right after another.

For people with moderate to severe Crohn's disease

After you complete your starter dosing phase, your maintenance dosing is 400 mg, given under the skin as two separate injections of 200 mg (taken every 4 weeks or every 28 days). When administering two injections, be sure to inject both syringes, one right after another.

For people with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis

Your maintenance dosing schedule is 400 mg (given as two subcutaneous injections of 200 mg each) every other week, which will be the same as your starter dose. When administering two injections, be sure to inject both syringes, one right after another.*

*If you weigh 90 kg or less, your dermatologist may suggest a different dose.
